Yes all bookings require a non refundable deposit before a permanent booking is made. As we book weeks or even months in advance we tailor your booking around our other bookings to ensure a smooth route and have our staff and mascots to your special event on time and ready to get the party started.

All bookings are be completely tailor made. If you book a mascot on its own without entertainment then only a mascot and chaperone will attend. If you book a mascot and entertainment then you will get along with the mascot an entertainer that will provide music, games, dancing, prizes's and more.
